The apartment is set in beautiful, landscaped tropical gardens. The 3 swimming pools, cascade through waterfalls, into each other, there is also a Jacuzzi and an infant pool. Lifeguards are in attendance in the summer months. The complex is enclosed for your security and has underground parking space, with lift access to the apartment.

The Lounge is light, airy and comfortably furnished, with settees and dinning table to seat 6 people. The television can receive the normal 'free to air' UK satellite channels and there is a stereo centre, for your cd's and local radio stations. Direct access from the lounge to the large, fully equipped balcony.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, and other appliances you would expect to find in your holiday home, to allow you to prepare the culinary delights associated with the Costa del Sol.

The Bedrooms. The master bedroom can be configured as either a double bed or twin beds and the 2nd bedroom is twin bedded. This makes the accommodation ideal for either golfers or your family holiday. An extra child's bed can be provided to make it an ideal venue for a family of 5. The master bedroom has 'en suite' facilities and there is another full bathroom to service the other bedroom.

Reserva de Marbella has a direct access road to the beach, over a bridge.

Close to the beautiful Cabopino Marina, where you can enjoy a drink or meal in a wide selection of bars and restaurants around the harbour, or just sit and enjoy the atmosphere around the yachts and boats. The beach is short 15 minute walk away.

The golf course at Cabopino is 'just down the road' Golf tee times can be arranged. In the Club House, you can enjoy a glass of wine or a meal and watching the golfers. The apartment is also centrally located for the other course around the Costa del Golf, for example Miraflores and Rio Real are within a 7 minute drive. La Reserva de Marbella is situated close to Cabopino Marina where there is a wide selection of bars and restaurants. In either direction of La Reserva de Marbella are some of Marbella's loveliest sandy beaches with beach bars and restaurants placed every 200 meters along the shore that serve a wide difference in Mediterranean cuisine and styles of atmosphere. Cabopino golf and Santa Maria Golf courses are close by.

Cabopino is situated on the coast, halfway between the lively resorts of Fuengirola and Marbella. The visitors to this part of the Costa del Sol are spoiled for choice with plenty of places to go and things to do.

Cabopino Marina has everything, include chartering a boat or tri-maran, dolphin trips, para-gliding or scuba diving. Hire of jet skis, banana boats and more.

There are several bars and restaurants, which are located around the marina or on the beach. Enjoy a meal or drink while watching the luxury yachts and boats return from a day at sea. The area is famous for 'Chiringuitos' or beach bars, serving 'pescaitos fritos' and your favourite cocktail. A golden beach directly next to the marina, with a further two wide, long sandy beaches at either side where you can walk in peace, collect shells or have a quiet picnic. Volleyball, windsurfing and body-boarding are all available.

Cabopino Golf is a spectacular new course, opened in April 2001, with its lovely umbrella pines above the marina; it offers three Par-3's, two Par-5's and thirteen Par-4's.
