TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 30% non refundable deposit secures the
booking.
Full balance of payment must be made 6 weeks
prior to holiday commencement.
A £200.00 (300.00 Euro) deposit is required on
arrival against damage and breakages. This is fully refundable on
inspection of apartment on departure.
Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be
taken out of the apartments.
Apartments may not be ready for occupation
before 4 p.m.
Unless by prior agreement the apartments must be
vacated by 10.30 am.
Community rules: These are available in each
apartment and we appreciate your assistance in adhering to them.
Due to changes in Spain satellite channels may
be restricted.
